Cookie Policy

A banner exists to collect consent, and consent is only needed for storage that is not strictly necessary to provide the thing you asked for. Flowtiq sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and loads no third-party tracking script. There is nothing here to consent to, so asking you to click a button would be theatre rather than a choice.

If that ever changes, the banner arrives in the same release as whatever made it necessary, and it will default to off rather than pre-ticked. This page is the record you can check us against.

• OAuth state. Set only when you begin connecting an outside account such as Google, LinkedIn, or Meta. It holds a random value, cannot be read by JavaScript, is sent only to us, and expires after 15 minutes. Its whole job is to prove that the connection coming back from the provider is the one this browser started, so nobody else can attach their mailbox to your workspace. Strictly necessary; no consent required, and no way to run the connection safely without it.

That is the complete list. We set no other cookie on flowtiq.ai or inside the app.

Most of what Flowtiq keeps in your browser lives in local or session storage rather than in cookies. It is never sent to an advertiser and never leaves your device except where the item is your signed-in session.

Local storage, which survives closing the browser:

• Your signed-in session, held by the authentication library, along with whether you asked to be remembered and when you signed in. Clearing it signs you out.
• Your light or dark theme choice.
• Small interface preferences, such as the CRM layout you last used and whether a side panel was collapsed.

Session storage, cleared when you close the tab:

• A marker used when you choose not to be remembered.
• On the public site, how you arrived: any campaign parameters in the link you followed, the page you landed on, and the time. We use it to tell which pages bring people in. It is first-party, never shared, and never joined to an advertising profile.
• AI results already generated for a record, cached so reopening it does not spend another AI action. This can contain text derived from your workspace, which is exactly why it lives in session storage and not on disk.

No third-party script runs on flowtiq.ai or in the app: no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no chat widget, no embedded video player, and no social-network button that phones home. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

Three things do leave our domain, and all only when you set them off yourself. Connecting a Google, LinkedIn, or Meta account sends you to that provider, where their own cookies and their own policy apply. Opening an email in the mail hub loads its remote images only after you ask for them, because those images are how a sender tracks that you read it. And once paid plans open, choosing a plan takes the workspace owner to Stripe's checkout (Link), where Stripe's own cookies and policy apply.

Every browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies and site data, usually under privacy settings. Clearing Flowtiq's data signs you out and resets your theme and interface preferences; nothing in your workspace is lost, because your records live on the server rather than in the browser. Blocking the one cookie above does not break the app, but it will stop you connecting an outside account.
